Hey y'all, been seeing a ton of buzz about gomovirs lately but can't find a straight answer on how they *actually* function. Like, are they similar to other viruses or some whole new beast?
I read they might hijack host cells differently, but the papers are way too jargon-heavy. Anyone got a dumbed-down breakdown?
Also, why’s everyone suddenly obsessed with gomovirs? Are they just the flavor of the month or is there real substance here?
