Honestly, I’ve tried a bunch of runescape bot proxys, and the best one for me has been Bright Data. Their residential IPs are legit, and they’ve got a ton of locations to choose from.
Rotating IPs do help, but it’s more about how you use them. Don’t go crazy with the botting, and you should be fine.
