I’ve had good luck with GeoSurf for my runescape bot proxys. They’ve got a ton of residential IPs, and their rotation feature is super easy to set up.
Rotating IPs do help, but I think the key is to keep your botting activity low-key. Don’t go overboard, and you should be good.
