I found a thread on facebook session expired reddit where someone suggested disabling *all* browser extensions temporarily.
Worked for me for like a day, then it came back lol. But worth a shot if you haven’t tried it yet.
Also, someone mentioned logging in via FB’s mobile site instead of the app—weirdly helped?
