Yo, had this issue for WEEKS. Finally fixed it by resetting my FB password (annoying, I know).
Saw a few ppl on reddit saying it’s a security thing—FB boots you if it *thinks* there’s suspicious activity.
Might not be *the* fix, but it’s been 4 days and no more “session expired” crap.
Also, try incognito mode—sometimes it’s just cache/cookie hell.
