The inconsistency with BrightData rotating IP is real. I think it depends on the target site’s anti-scraping measures.
One trick that’s worked for me: mix in some premium proxies with the rotating ones. The combo seems to throw off detection systems. Also, avoid using the same IP range too often—some sites blacklist entire subnets.
