Open bullet is still a thing, but it’s not as popular as it used to be. I’ve been using it for some small projects, and it works fine if you’ve got the right setup.
For configs, I’d recommend checking out some of the newer ones on GitHub. There’s a lot of outdated stuff out there, so be careful.
Performance-wise, it’s all about the proxies. I’ve had better luck with residential proxies, but they’re pricey.
