facebook keeps saying session expired for me too, but only on mobile.

Try switching to a different browser like Firefox or Brave. The Facebook app is super buggy lately.

If you’re on iOS, offloading the app (not deleting) might help. Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Facebook > Offload App.
