So I’ve been noticing more and more talk about ip abuse lately—spam, brute force attacks, you name it. It’s getting outta hand, right? But here’s the thing: when platforms crack down hard, legit users get caught in the crossfire. Like, ever been blocked for no reason? Super annoying.

How do we balance stopping ip abuse without screwing over real people? Blacklists? Rate limits? Something smarter?

Kinda feels like we’re stuck between a rock and a hard place. What’s worked for you guys? Or are we just doomed to deal with false positives forever?
