Cloudscraper has been hit-or-miss for me as well. I’ve been experimenting with Puppeteer-extra and the stealth plugin, and it’s been way more consistent.
Another thing to try is spoofing TLS fingerprints. Some sites are now checking for that, and cloudscraper doesn’t handle it well.
