This is why I ditched Chrome for Firefox. WebRTC leaks are easier to control there.

Go to *about:config*, search for *peerconnection*, and disable it. Done.

For VPNs, look for ones with "WebRTC leak protection" in the specs. ExpressVPN and CyberGhost are solid choices.
