Oh man, the 1020e error meams is the worst! I had this issue, and it turned out to be a problem with my power supply.
If you’ve got a spare PSU lying around, try swapping it out and see if the error goes away. If not, it might be worth checking your motherboard for any visible damage or loose connections.
