Hey! Win10 makes it pretty easy.
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Proxy. Under "Manual setup," enter your proxy IP and port.
HTTP is fine for most stuff, but SOCKS is better if you’re using apps outside the browser (like Discord or uTorrent).
