False positives are totally a thing! Happened to me last month. Used some sketchy free ip address reputation check tool and it freaked me out. Turned out to be nothing.

Paid tools like TrustedSource or Cisco’s SenderBase are way better. Worth the cash if you’re serious about email deliverability.
