Hey folks, quick q: how often does your proxy or VPN release IP address? Mine seems to stick with the same one for ages, and I’m low-key paranoid about privacy.

Some services claim they rotate IPs, but... do they *actually*? Here’s what I check:
- Log out/in or reconnect – does the IP change?
- Check sites like whatismyip before/after restarting the VPN.
- Look for a "release IP" button in settings (some apps have it).

If your proxy or VPN release IP address too rarely, it’s kinda sus. Might need to switch providers or tweak settings.

Anyone else notice this? Or am I just overthinking it? 😅
