ugh, so frustrated rn. Trying to log into my optimum suddenlink account and it’s just NOT letting me in.
Keeps saying "invalid credentials" but I KNOW my password is right. Tried resetting it twice and still nada.
Anyone else dealing with this? Or found a quick fix?
Also, is the site super slow for y’all too or just me?

Cleared cache, tried different browsers… still a mess.
Anyone got a smooth way to get in? Like, a direct link or something?
Or is it just their servers being wonky lately?
