How Often Should a Proxy or VPN Release IP Address for Better Privacy? or Does Your Proxy or VPN Rele

Wow, didn’t expect so many replies—thanks y’all!

I tried the "full disconnect + wait" trick, and it *finally* gave me a new IP. Still kinda clunky though.

Might check out Mullvad or ProtonVPN based on your recs. Anyone know if they’re good for streaming too? Or just privacy?
