OP here—wow, thanks for all the replies! Didn’t expect so many options.

Tried ARIN and whois.domaintools so far. ARIN was cleaner, but both gave similar results for my test IPs.

Quick q: Anyone know why some ranges show "PRIVATE" or just the ISP name? Is that normal or a dead end?
