Has Anyone Else Noticed the Unique Behavior of Geelarks in Their Area?

Hey! I’ve noticed the same thing with geelarks in my area too. They’re super active in the mornings, chirping away like crazy, but by noon, they’re gone. I think it’s just their natural behavior—geelarks are known to be early risers.

As for the mimicking, yeah, they do that! Geelarks are pretty good at copying other bird calls. It’s kinda cool, right? If you wanna learn more, check out the Cornell Lab of Ornithology website. They’ve got tons of info on bird behaviors, including geelarks.
