"Does Using an ISP Proxy Server Actually Improve Your Online Security?"
Hey guys, been reading up on isp proxy servers lately and wondering if they’re worth the hassle. Like, sure, they route your traffic through your ISP, but does that *really* make you more secure?
I’ve heard mixed things—some say it’s just a basic layer, others claim it’s useless against serious snooping. And tbh, if your ISP is already logging everything, does an isp proxy server even help?
Also, what about speed? Heard they can slow things down. Anyone got real-world experience with this?
Kinda tempted to try one, but don’t wanna waste time if it’s just placebo security. Thoughts?
(Ps. Not a tech expert, so keep it simple pls lol)
