Had this happen once. Restarting router didn’t work for me, but calling my ISP did. They refreshed my IP manually.

Might be worth a try if you’re stuck. Just google “[your ISP] how to change IP” and see if they offer it.

Also, double-check Roblox’s terms. Sometimes bans are tied to hardware, not just IP.
