Hey! Had the same issue last week. If the toggle’s grayed out, it’s probably controlled by the VPN app you’re using (like Nord or Express).
Try opening the app directly and look for a disconnect option. Sometimes the settings in the app override the iPhone’s VPN settings.
If that doesn’t work, uninstalling the app might force the VPN to turn off. Just reinstall after.
