What is the use of a proxy server on Kodi, and do I really need one?

It’s not overkill if you’re serious about streaming. A proxy server on Kodi can help you access more content and keep your browsing private.

I use Private Internet Access (PIA), and it’s been great. Super fast and works well with Kodi.
