Chrome extensions can override your proxy server chrome settings. Like, literally any extension with network access.
Disable all of them and test one by one. Also, try Incognito mode—it ignores some extensions by default.
If you’re on Windows, maybe just use Firefox? Chrome’s proxy handling is kinda trash ngl.
