- Open Command Prompt and ping the sites (e.g., `ping example.com`). If they respond, it’s likely the proxy.
- Then, disable the proxy server in chrome and retry.
If it works, maybe your proxy’s DNS is messed up. Try switching to Google DNS (8.8.8.8) in your network settings.
