Need help to setup proxy Chrome - what's the easiest method? or How do I properly setup proxy Chrome

"Need help to setup proxy Chrome - what's the easiest method?"

Hey guys, trying to setup proxy Chrome but kinda lost lol. Every guide I find is either too technical or outdated.

What’s the *simplest* way to do this? I just wanna browse securely without jumping through hoops.

- Should I use an extension or mess with settings manually?
- Any good free proxies that won’t slow me to a crawl?
- Bonus if it’s a step-by-step for noobs like me 😅

Pls share your fav method to setup proxy Chrome without the headache. Thx in advance!
