Hey! So I had this exact issue last month. Instagram blocked me for “suspicious activity” (I was just liking too many posts lol).

Here’s what fixed it:
- Waited 48 hrs (ugh).
- Logged in from a browser, not the app.
- Didn’t try to log in repeatedly—apparently that makes it worse.
