Ugh, ip ban pinterest is the worst. Had this issue a while back.

What finally worked for me was resetting my MAC address (google how to do it for your device).

Also, try using a mobile hotspot instead of wifi. Sometimes that bypasses the ban temporarily.

If all else fails, a clean proxy might help, but yeah, VPNs are risky with Pinterest.
