I use a simple batch script to switch between firefox profiles quickly. Just create a shortcut with the `-P` flag and the profile name. For example:
`firefox.exe -P Work`

Saves me so much time! Also, check out ProfileSwitcher extension—it adds a dropdown menu to switch profiles right from the toolbar.

And yeah, opening the wrong profile is the worst. I’ve started color-coding mine (different themes for each) to avoid that mess.
