"Is a VPN with Dedicated IP Worth It for Better Security and Performance?"
Hey folks! Been using shared IP VPNs for a while, but lately I’ve been wondering if upgrading to a vpn with dedicated ip is worth the extra cost.
On one hand, I’ve heard dedicated IPs are better for avoiding blacklists (annoying when Netflix blocks you lol). Plus, less chance of getting flagged for "suspicious activity" since you’re not sharing with randos.
But is it *really* that much faster or more secure? Or am I just paying for hype?
Anyone here made the switch? Notice any difference in speed or reliability? Especially for stuff like banking or streaming?
Also, any downsides? Heard it might be *less* private since the IP is tied to you. Thoughts?
Thanks in advance!
