how can i unblock in instagram? what worked for me was using the "appeal" form. go to the login page, click "need help?", and look for the option to dispute the block.
also, check your spam folder! their emails love hiding there.
if that doesn’t work, try logging in from a different device or browser. sometimes insta glitches out.
