"Do Rotating Residential Proxies Really Prevent IP Bans?"

Hey guys, been testing out rotating residential proxies for a while now, and I’m kinda torn. They *do* help avoid bans, but it’s not foolproof. Some sites still catch on if your requests look bot-like, even with IPs changing every few seconds.

Anyone else notice this? Like, does the rotation speed matter? Or is it more about how you tweak your scraper/bot settings?

Also, some providers claim "100% ban-proof," but I’ve had a few IPs get blacklisted mid-session. Are cheaper rotating residential proxies just worse, or is this normal?

Would love to hear your experiences—especially if you’ve found a sweet spot for avoiding blocks!
