Hey! This used to happen to me too. The real culprit was my ancient hard drive failing.

If you’re on Windows, try running `chkdsk` to check for disk errors. Also, make sure Firefox isn’t crashing forcefully (like during a power outage).

For backups, I use MozillaBackup (old but gold). Super easy to restore if things go south again.
