Ugh, I feel you. YouTube in proxy has been a mess recently. Free proxies are a waste of time—they’re either blocked or super slow.
I’ve been using Private Internet Access (PIA) VPN, and it’s been working great. It’s affordable, and I haven’t had any issues accessing YouTube so far.
Also, try using a different browser or clearing your cache. Sometimes that helps with loading issues.
