Yo! If you’re lazy like me, just use a VPN on your phone and hotspot to Apple TV.
Not the *best* solution, but it works in a pinch. Speed’s kinda meh though.
NordVPN has a solid guide for router setup too, but tbh, I gave up and stuck with the hotspot method.
Streaming’s fine as long as you’re not doing 4K.
