"Best way to set up yt-dlp with AWS for rotating IP addresses on a VM?"

Hey folks,

So I’ve been messing around with yt-dlp aws rotate ip address vm setups lately, and honestly, it’s kinda hit or miss. AWS *can* work great for this, but you gotta tweak it right.

I’m using a cheap EC2 instance + Elastic IPs, but swapping IPs manually is a pain. Anyone got a slicker way? Maybe Lambda or something?

Also, does yt-dlp even play nice with rapid IP changes? Had a few timeouts, not sure if it’s me or AWS being fussy.

Kinda new to this, so any tips or scripts would be clutch.
