Thanks for all the suggestions, guys! I tried switching to Google DNS and using a VPN, and it’s definitely better now. Still not perfect, but at least it’s playable.
I also checked IsItDownRightNow, and it looks like there are still some reports of issues. Guess I’ll just have to wait it out. Anyone know if arras.ip has a status page or something where they post updates?
