I think I’ll go with a SOCKS5 proxy for my torrenting setup and pair it with a VPN for extra privacy. Gonna try out Proxifier and see how it goes.

One follow-up: Anyone got experience with free SOCKS proxies vs paid ones? Are the free ones even worth the hassle?
