Wow, thanks for all the suggestions, guys! I tried logging out of all active sessions and turning on two-factor authentication, and it seems to be working so far.
I also downloaded Facebook Lite as a backup, and it’s way smoother than the main app.
Still annoying that this is happening, but at least there are workarounds. Appreciate the help, everyone! 🙌
