I've been using Bright Data for my paid http proxy span needs and it's been solid. A bit pricey but worth it if you need reliability.

Their rotating proxies are great for scraping without getting blocked. Only downside is the setup can be a lil confusing at first.

If you're on a budget, maybe try Smartproxy? Heard good things but haven’t tested it myself.
