Has anyone visited Tsubame Onsen recently? Looking for Reddit recommendations and tips!

Hey everyone!

Has anyone been to Tsubame Onsen recently? I’m planning a trip and looking for some solid recs. I’ve been scouring tsubame onsen reddit threads, but most posts are kinda old.

Any tips on the best ryokans or must-try baths? Also, how’s the food scene around there? I’m a sucker for good local eats.

Oh, and if anyone knows about hidden gems or quieter spots, that’d be awesome. Not really into super crowded places, ya know?
