Honestly, zapier pricing is a bit of a shock at first. I was on the free plan too and then had to upgrade to Starter.
It’s *okay* for basic stuff, but if you’re doing more than 20 zaps, it gets tight. I switched to Make (formerly Integromat) and it’s way more flexible for the price.
The learning curve is steeper, but you get way more tasks for less. Just my two cents!
