I feel you on the asana pricing struggle! We’re a team of 7 and stuck with the free tier for ages. The workarounds got annoying though—like using Google Sheets for timelines (ugh).
We finally caved and went Premium. The custom fields and reporting saved us so much time, it kinda paid for itself. Onboarding was easy, but we watched a few YouTube tutorials first.
Haven’t downgraded, but I’ve heard it’s straightforward. No horror stories at least!
