Honestly, Intervue’s just okay. It’s slick, but I still prefer CoderPad for the sheer flexibility.

The big selling point is the AI stuff, but tbh, I’ve seen it miss some great candidates who didn’t fit the "ideal" pattern.

If you’re drowning in resumes, it might help, but don’t expect miracles.
