Is MAC Address Modofication Safe and Effective for Privacy? or How Does MAC Address Modofication Work

Yo, thanks for all the replies! Didn’t realize how limited MAC modofication really is.

Gonna try Technitium + my VPN and see how it goes. Also, Tails OS looks interesting—might test that for extra layers.

Quick Q: Anyone know if randomized MACs can mess with Wi-Fi handshakes? My laptop’s finicky with connections already.

(And yeah, *modification* is finally sticking in my brain now lol.)
