"Is the im cloud app really the best for secure file storage?"

Okay, so I’ve been using the im cloud app for a few months now, and I gotta say—it’s *pretty* solid. The encryption feels tight, and sharing files is stupid easy. But like, is it *the best*?

Some pros:
- No weird sync issues (looking at you, Dropbox).
- The UI doesn’t make me wanna scream.
- Decent free storage, tbh.

Cons tho:
- Sometimes the uploads take forever??
- Wish there were more collaboration features.

Anyone else feel like it’s *almost* perfect but not quite? Or am I just being picky?

Also, how’s their customer support? Heard mixed things.
