How to troubleshoot issues with discord account creation

My fix? Use the desktop app instead of the browser. For some reason, it bypasses most of the issues.

Also, if the "continue" button’s ghosting, click it once and WAIT. Spamming it makes it worse.

Discord’s status page (status.discord.com) sometimes shows if there’s a known outage.
