What is whoer.to and how does it help with online privacy

Wow, didn’t expect so many tips! Gonna try Mullvad and Brave tonight—whoer.to already caught my DNS leaks, so that’s step one.

Quick Q: anyone know if whoer.to’s browser fingerprint test is accurate? Or should I cross-check with Panopticlick?
