If you’re cool with something lightweight, SMAC is another solid pick. Not open-source, but it’s been around forever and gets the job done.
UI is straightforward—no frills, just spoof and go. Only downside is the free version has limited features, but for basic MAC changing, it’s enough.
Haven’t had issues with Windows updates breaking it, but YMMV.
