If you want something dead simple, Win7 MAC Address Changer still works on Win 10 (despite the name lol).
Tiny app, one-click MAC rotation, and zero bloat. Not open-source, but it’s been around forever without issues.
Only gripe? UI looks straight outta 2005. But hey, it works.
